"Great products and top-notch service"
Great products and top-notch service. I decided to get the Thermapen 4 after checking out a bunch of reviews on it and other similar items - particularly the Javelin Pro, which is priced at less than half. The Thermapen 4 caught my eye after I read that the Javelin Pro performed well until it broke down early, and folks had a tough time reaching the company for a replacement. At the Perfect Steak, you can actually chat with a real person, plus the product comes with a solid 2-year warranty. Shipping was quick and everything arrived nicely packed.

"Top-Notch Customer Support!"
This business has really gone the extra mile to assist me with a small issue I had with the product when it arrived. They even sent me a brand new unit and included a prepaid Express Post envelope for sending back the faulty one. I'd absolutely do business with them again, and I can't recommend them enough!

"4 Days for 'Express' Delivery"
I had to delete my initial review, likely 'cause it wasn't too flattering. Now they’ve sent me another email asking for feedback, so let’s see if this one sticks. It took a whole 4 days to receive my items, even though they claimed it was 'express' shipping. They mentioned the shipping company was to blame and did refund the shipping cost, but that didn’t help me get my stuff in time for my barbecue. I might’ve changed my review, but the fact that my first one got wiped off misleads other shoppers.
